Request deletion of your Nikonyx account and associated data. You do not need to reinstall the app.

Use the form below, or email us. We will verify ownership of the account before deleting it.

Prefer email? Write to support@nikonyx.com with the subject “Nikonyx account deletion request” and the email on your account.

What we delete

When we delete your Nikonyx account, we delete the user data associated with that account, including where applicable:

  • Account identity and authentication data
  • Wardrobe items, photos, and styling history
  • Preferences, try-on media, and Friends Space content you created
  • Other personal data tied to your account in our active systems

What we may retain

We may retain limited data when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups until those backups cycle out. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

How it works

  • Submit this form or email support@nikonyx.com — no app reinstall required
  • We verify you control the account (usually via the registered email)
  • We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verification
  • If an in-app delete option is available in your build, you may use that instead
